# Terms of use

The Funded Desk, Updated 24 September 2026

Start with the limit that matters most to a reader in trouble. A funded or proprietary trading programme
is a contract between a trader and the firm selling it, and The Funded Desk is not a party to a single
one of them. We hold no money, take no part in an evaluation and have no standing with any firm named on
this site. We cannot open, fund, reinstate or close an account, cannot release or chase a payout, cannot
overturn a rule breach and cannot step into a dispute. Where a firm's own terms govern something, they
govern it.

## What the desk reads, and what it never bought

These pages report what access to a programme costs, which rules can end an account, who owns the
position standing behind it and what the terms promise when a payout falls due. All of it is read out
of each firm's own pricing pages, rule books, terms of use and refund policies.

No evaluation was bought, no trade was placed and no payout was requested in preparing any page here.
Published terms are therefore the whole of what this desk can report. How a firm behaves once real
money is in front of it — whether a payout arrives on time, whether a rule is applied as written — is
outside what reading documents can establish, and no page here pretends otherwise.

## Nothing on this site is advice

Nothing published here is investment, legal or tax advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy a
programme, an evaluation or a subscription from anyone. The comparisons know nothing about the reader
in front of them, and a comparison that knows nothing about you cannot be advice to you.

Read the selling firm's terms, disclosures and refund policy before paying, and treat what is written
here as one reading of those documents rather than a substitute for reading them yourself. Where a
firm's marketing page and its legal terms tell different stories, these pages quote the terms and say
that the two disagree.

## Simulated capital, and what a payout rests on

Trading a nominal larger than your own balance can cost the whole stake behind it, whether that stake
is an evaluation fee, posted margin or both. On most programmes covered here the capital is simulated:
no order reaches a market, and a payout is therefore a claim on the firm's balance sheet rather than a
share of a position that was ever filled. That distinction is the single most important thing on this
site and it is why the payout terms are quoted at length.

One programme covered here sits outside that description. EVEDEX Funded Trading is not a proprietary
firm: the trader posts their own margin, receives a larger trading nominal against it and carries the
risk from the first trade. No firm capital is lent or allocated, the most that can be lost is the
margin posted, and a withdrawal can draw only on the real USDT balance.

## Every figure is dated, and firms move

Prices, targets, loss limits, profit splits and payout terms come from each firm's own pricing and
rule pages, and each page states the day those were read — 22 September 2026 for the current set.
Several firms were running a discount on the day they were read, and a discount is not a price.

Firms change fees, tiers, rules and promotions without notice and without marking the change. A figure
here is correct as of the date printed beside it and not as of the moment the page is opened; confirm
it at the firm before paying. Corrections go to desk@chroniclesofwarcraft.com with the page address
and a link to the source showing the right value. A figure that checks out against the firm's own
documents is amended and the page carries a new date.

## Eligibility, warranty and who commissioned these pages

Whether a programme will accept you, and on what conditions, is decided by that firm and by the rules
of the place you live in. Identity checks, tax treatment and payment rails differ from firm to firm
and from one residence to another. Checking your own position is yours to do; this site reports the
restrictions a firm publishes and helps nobody work around them.

The pages are compiled with care and come with no warranty of accuracy or completeness, and use of the
site is at your own risk. Publication here is commissioned and paid for: a programme compared on a
page may be connected to the party that paid for the page to exist, and a reader is owed that in plain
words rather than in small print. Firm names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to
identify which programme is under discussion.

This desk is paid to publish, and a programme costed on these pages may be the party underwriting it.
